*Examples of purpose and usefulness of the Final Report, Final Report Preparation Methods, Systematics Writing

A)    The purpose and usefulness of the Final Report
1)      Purpose of the Final Report
a.       To design and build a program that is expected to eventually be able to create a computer system by using an application program that can provide ease for Hotel Diamond Lacquer in making hotel reservations and payments, as well as improving existing information systems today.
b.      Add insight and knowledge of the author, particularly in the computer.
c.       To fulfill the final project as a condition of graduation in Information Technology Diploma III Politeknik Pratama Purwokerto.
2)      Usability Writing the Final Report
a.       For authors
Can apply the knowledge that has been gained in college writers in solving the existing problems in the field.
b.      for Academic
Final Report can be used as a measure academic success in educating and providing knowledge to students.
c.       For the Company
As an evaluation of the current system at the Hotel Diamond Lacquer especially the receptionist to be more accurate, easier, and faster in the process of reservation and payment process.

B)    Method of Preparation of Final Report
       In the Final Report, the authors use several methods of writing, including the following:

1. Interview method

The method of data collection by conducting interviews / interviews directly to the relevant parts to meet the needs of data.

2. methods of Observation

The method of collecting data by direct observation systems and ongoing information system applied in hotel administration at Hotel Intan Sampang.

C)    Systematics Writing
The title of the report is "LODGING INFORMATION SYSTEM IN HOTEL INTAN SAMPANG - CILACAP" systematically arranged into chapters. Each - each chapter will be described as follows:


CHAPTER I: INTRODUCTION

This chapter will explain the background of the problem, formulation of the problem, boundary problem, the purpose and usefulness of the final report, the method of preparation of the final report, and the systematic writing.

CHAPTER II: COMPANY OVERVIEW

This chapter will explain the history and development of institutions, organizational structures, position description, and discussion of existing systems.

CHAPTER III: NEEDS ANALYSIS

This chapter will explain the overview of existing systems, image software, database requirements, functions and procedures, interface requirements, and the need for hardware and operating systems.

CHAPTER IV: SYSTEM DESIGN

This chapter will explain about the design of the database, relationships between data bases, design functions and procedures, and interface design.
