Developing Strategy of Confidence

1. Taking Risks
Suppose a new experience more as an opportunity to learn rather than as an opportunity to win or lose. Doing this will open up the possibility - new possibilities for you and can increase the sense of self-acceptance.


2. Use Method Self Talk
Use the method of Self Talk to counteract the damaging assumptions. Try to stop the negative thoughts and replace them with more assumptions are reasonable.

3. Evaluate Yourself
Learn to evaluate yourself independently and give weight to what you think is compared to others consider. By doing this you will avoid chaotic feelings arising solely rely on the opinions of others. By focusing on feelings about the behavior of your own work and others will give you a strong sense of confidence and will prevent you from submission to others.

4. Demonstrate Power of Self
Give yourself credit for everything you've ever tried to focus on what you can do rather than emphasizing on the end result. Started by basing it on what you should be doing will help you live with bonds and limits the inevitable.
